  • Culvert Installation
  • Final site restoration

This was a competitively bid project, awarded to AEC as the lowest responsive bidder. The site was situated on a private residence so AEC was charged to work with both the WCCD and the owner of the property to ensure minimal disruption to the owners and the natural surroundings. The scope of work included stream diversion, clearing and grubbing on site, channel excavation, sub-grade reinforcement of ten (10) rock bar weirs, installation of an 18 inch culvert, installation of large woody debris, bridge and grade beam installation, installation of a 10ft x 12ft steel deck assembly for an owner supplied box culvert, installation of associated erosion control, and site restoration and roadside clean up.  Despite the owner having requested a delay in the commencement of the project, AEC completed all the work on time per the original scheduled date of completion and also within budget.
