AEC by the City of Portland to perform fuel station upgrades over four sites throughout the city, although one site was changed to a separate contract (which AEC won) due to funding limitations. In general, the scopes of work included: demolition, PCS removal, fuel tank decommission and removal, fuel tank and system installation, asphalt and concrete restoration, stormwater system installation, and landscaping. This project took place during COVID 19, 2020 summer protests, and Oregon’s mass wildfires in September 2020.
